He may not return to the ice until the next stoppage in play Are you saying two players go to the box, or a regular skater play the net for the PP? Ok i get why they put the Cap in to even it out for other teams that dont have the money, but why have the lottery draft ? why not just give the worst team the #1 pick? ok the team might not be doing bad financially that finishes last but it would even out the teams skill like they are apparently trying to do.
