you know, as i watch both these teams, i think we can take both of them The stars seem to want to play a puck possession style against the sharks and it won't work against us. Sj held them to just 1 shot going into the second, they won't beat us trying that crap on us.

Of course we can beat them. But they can beat us just the same.

This Stars team is tough, they remind me of us during the 90's

I've been trying to decipher whether it is the San Jose offense that's been floundering, or the Dallas defense that has shined, and I'm strgonly leaning towards the later.

I'm absolutely not taking anything away from Dallas, but it's not too difficult to shine given the situation Dallas' defense is in right now.

If this score holds, you have to expect some major moves for San Jose.

The so called "Experts" billed the Sharks as the favorite to win the cup, and it looks like another seconds round failure by Doug Wilson and Co.

You have to know that there isn't going to be a lot of happy people after this. Especially after the aquisition of Thornton, Rivet last year, and Campbell this year.

A just like that the "Morrow Hattrick" is added to the vernacular, this one thought looks ot be a legit no goal.

What astounds me is that Detroit is always labeled as the "early-round chokers" when in recent years, teams like Dallas and San Jose are just as deserving of that label but never quite get it as much as the Wings. San Jose's not doing anything to help that, though at least Dallas and Turco are getting past it.
