My wife (Iowa farm girl) considers 'chili' as a soup...They also have their chili with Fritos, sour cream, and shredded cheese...Gotta say I have a newfound respect for something that I had been indifferent to for many years...Another favorite is French Onion with the crouton/cheese topping.
